1. Order Processing Timelines
At Varenya, each of our handwoven pure silk sarees undergoes strict quality audits before packaging. All orders are processed and packaged within 1 to 2 business days after payment verification. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines & Coverage
We offer secure shipping across all states and major pin codes in India. We partner with reliable logistics networks, including Delhivery, to guarantee safe transit.
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote Areas: 6 to 9 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges
We aim to make our premium weaves accessible to all:
- Free Shipping: Standard delivery is free for all prepaid orders within India.
- Express Shipping: Available on checkout at a flat fee of ₹250 (delivery in metro cities within 1-2 days).
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and an SMS containing your tracking number and the courier tracking link. You can monitor your shipment details directly from our Order Trackingtimeline page or on the Delhivery tracking page using the tracking ID provided.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the receiver being unavailable, refusing package receipt, or providing an incorrect shipping address, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged / Lost Shipments
We take pride in packaging our sarees in robust, premium water-resistant packaging. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, crushed, or tampered with:
- Do not accept the package from the courier agent.
- Take clear photos of the damaged box and notify us at srivarisilks9999@gmail.com within 24 hours.
- Please record an unboxing video for security and validation when opening the package.
