Refund & Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your package is handed over to our logistics courier partners (such as Delhivery), the order cannot be cancelled. To request order cancellation, please contact us immediately at srivarisilks9999@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9494777814 with your Order ID.

If the cancellation is accepted, the full transaction amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Returns Policy & Criteria

Due to the premium, handwoven nature of Kanchipuram silk sarees, we accept returns and replacement requestsonly under the following conditions within 7 days of delivery:

• The saree received has manufacturing defects (e.g. major weaving defects, tears).
• The product received is completely different from the design ordered.
• The item is returned in its original condition, folded neatly with all original tags, boxes, and protective packaging intact.

Important: An unboxing video (uncut, showing the sealed box being opened and the defect in detail) is MANDATORY to process any return or exchange request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept return/refund requests for:

• Sarees with custom-stitched blouses or customized fall and zig-zag borders.
• Products damaged due to improper dry cleaning, storage, or customer handling.
• Sarees purchased during clearance sales or promotional campaigns.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive the returned item at our flagship hub and verify its tags/condition:

• We will approve or reject your refund request based on the quality inspection.
• Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to your original bank account or card (processed via Razorpay).
• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective item, you may request an exchange for the exact same design (subject to availability) or a different design of equal value. Standard exchange shipping coordinates will be shared by our support agents.
